Published rates estimate. Remittance proves.
Paste a line from your remittance or EOB. We look up the published commercial rate that payers themselves filed for that code, and show the documented gap to what you were actually paid. Your paid amounts and any patient data never leave your browser — only the code is looked up.
What the published record shows
Documented reimbursement opportunity vs the payer’s published rate — an estimate, not a guaranteed outcome. Actual recovery depends on payer response, contract terms, documentation, and negotiation. Per-unit gaps; multiply by your real units billed. Benchmarks are cited to public federal data; codes with no citable benchmark are shown as such, never guessed.
// How it works
Estimate → proof → recovered.
Benchmarks tell you what you should be paid. Your remittance shows what you were paid. Put them side by side and the gap stops being a guess.
Paste a line, on your device
The code and the paid amount are read in your browser. Only the code is looked up. Patient data and dollars never transmit — nothing to breach, no BAA needed for this check.
The payer’s own published rate
Each code is matched to the commercial rate the payer filed under federal Transparency-in-Coverage rules (or the CMS allowable for DMEPOS), with a source citation. No citable benchmark? We say so — never a guess.
Recover the documented gap
The difference is documented opportunity. On a demo we run your full code set and payer book and recover it on your behalf — flat per-NPI, white-label, never a percentage of any claim.
