Find out exactly where
your payers are shorting you.
Enter your NPI number or practice name. We'll pull your contracted rates from federal Transparency-in-Coverage data and show you where every payer underpays you against your peers. Takes about 15 seconds.
The Promise floor is what we refund against — we control that. Estimated annual revenue opportunity reflects what your data indicates at peer p75. Realizing it requires payer negotiation, which we do not directly control. Our Reddenda product suite — Snapshot, Leverage Memo, Practice Audit, Pro — is the engineered system to capture it.
This figure is calculated from your CPT codes, your payer contracts, and your peer benchmarks in the federal TiC database. It reflects the gap between what you are currently being paid and what comparable practices are paid in your region. When you upgrade to a paid Practice Audit, we guarantee documented reimbursement opportunity of at least this amount across your submitted panel, or your fee is refunded.
How this figure is calculated
- We identify every CPT code in your specialty where we have at least one indexed contracted rate for your NPI.
- For each code, we compute the gap between your contracted rate and the regional peer median from the federal TiC data.
- We multiply the per-claim gap by a conservative monthly encounter estimate (CMS volume-weighted, capped per code).
- We sum across all codes where the gap is positive, then round down to the nearest $100.
- Floor: your specialty's Promise floor (see the matrix ↗). If your calculated figure exceeds the floor, the higher number is shown.
