Founding Pre-launch Remote Co-founder equity

Technical Co-Founder / CTO

Reddenda is turning 314M+ public federal rate records into the rate intelligence every independent practice, billing company, and group deserves. We are looking for a technical co-founder to own and scale the engine. Pre-launch, with GTM launch on July 10, 2026, this is a founding-level role.

What you'll do

  • Own the architecture and the core code end to end.
  • Scale mass-scale data ingestion of federal Transparency-in-Coverage filings.
  • Build the AI / intelligence layer (Anthropic plus model routing).
  • Stand up the autonomous agent ("swarm") systems, automations, and GTM / data infrastructure.
  • Make fast, practical product decisions and ship.
  • Help hire the early engineering team.

What we're looking for

  • An existing operator with industry experience and existing relationships in healthcare, data, or AI.
  • A builder who codes, not a manager who watches.
  • Deep expertise across AWS, AI / Anthropic / LLMs, and AI learning models.
  • Autonomous / "swarm" agent systems, automations, and mass-scale data ingestion.
  • Go-to-market systems and intelligence, and the network to open early doors.
  • Wears many hats and wants a foundational, high-ownership seat.

Compensation

Equity is available for the right people with the right network. We are looking for an existing operator with industry experience and existing relationships, and equity is open to discussion for the right person, with standard vesting. Cash is modest and deferred pre-funding while we close our first revenue and raise. Remote. No guarantees.

This is an upside-and-mission seat. We are not selling a salary number, we are offering the chance to own the engine of a company building a new category.

1099 → Salaried Founding stage Remote Performance-based

Sales & Business Development

Get in at founding stage as we launch, and build into a salaried seat as milestones are hit over the next 3 to 6 months. Highly lucrative from the jump, based on performance.

What you'll do

  • Open doors and close revenue across groups, MSOs, billing / RCM companies, DME suppliers, and multi-NPI / portfolio accounts.
  • Run full-cycle, from first intro to signed agreement.
  • Bring your relationships and your hustle to a market that is wide open.

What we're looking for

  • An existing operator with industry experience and existing relationships you can open from day one.
  • A healthcare-B2B closer with a real book of relationships across groups, MSOs, billing / RCM, and DME.
  • Comfortable in a founding-stage, build-it-with-us environment.
  • Self-directed and remote.

Compensation

1099 independent contractor to start, building into a salaried role as milestones are reached over 3 to 6 months. Performance-based and highly lucrative: a real commission on the first-year contract value you source (industry-leading). No base salary today.

Our standard is a 25% commission on first-year collected contract value. Illustrative examples:
