Executive Assistant to CEO

Reddenda is a fast-growing healthcare rate-intelligence startup, built out of the Growth Factory Ventures accelerator in Rocklin, CA. We need one sharp, organized person to run the engine room around the CEO: the calendar, the customer inbox, and the marketing machine, all in one seat. This is a founding-level hire, in on the ground floor, with real room to grow as the company scales.

What you'll do

  • Executive support & scheduling: own the CEO's calendar, book and protect time across investor calls, discovery calls, and partner meetings; triage the inbox and flag what needs attention first.
  • Customer communication: be a first-line voice for prospects and customers, answer inbound email and chat, follow up on demo requests, and log every touch in HubSpot so nothing falls through.
  • Marketing assistance: help schedule and proof outbound content and social posts, keep the content calendar and marketing materials organized, and support LinkedIn / email outreach coordination.
  • Operations & special projects: meeting notes, vendor and subscription tracking, light expense coordination, and whatever the next fast-growing-startup need is. You'll wear a lot of hats.

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years supporting an executive, founder, or small team: EA, ops, admin, or customer-facing experience all count.
  • Excellent written communication. You're comfortable being the first voice a customer or investor hears from Reddenda.
  • Organized, proactive, and trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, Calendly, and picking up new tools fast (HubSpot CRM training provided).
  • Based in or near Rocklin, CA, able to work in person periodically at the Growth Factory Ventures office; some light local travel may be required.
  • Reliable and self-directed, excited to help build something from the ground up.

Compensation

Part-time, 20 to 30 hours per week. Pay is DOE (depends on experience), and equity is on the table for the right person as the company grows. Hybrid: remote plus in-office time at the Growth Factory Ventures office in Rocklin, CA, with some light local travel potentially required. Start date is immediate.

Chief Technology Officer

Reddenda runs on a real engine: 314M+ public federal rate records ingested at scale, a per-NPI, per-CPT RateScore, an AI intelligence layer, and an automation stack that runs the whole go-to-market machine. We're looking for a CTO to own that engine end to end and take it to national scale, building shoulder to shoulder with the CEO.

What you'll do

  • Own the architecture and core code: the data ingestion pipeline, the rate engine, the Next.js app, and the serverless API, end to end.
  • Scale mass ingestion of federal Transparency in Coverage filings into a fast, queryable rate index across 500+ payers and 50 states.
  • Own the AI intelligence layer: Claude / Anthropic model routing, agentic ("swarm") systems, and the AI behind RateScore narratives and leverage memos.
  • Run the automation backbone: HubSpot CRM workflows, transactional and outbound email automations, and the GTM data infrastructure behind outreach and lifecycle.
  • Ship fast with AI-native tooling (Claude Code and agentic dev workflows) and make practical, revenue-focused product calls.
  • Help hire and lead the early engineering team.

What we're looking for

  • Required: deep AWS experience across compute, data, and infrastructure at scale.
  • Required: strong Claude / Anthropic / AI and LLM experience, including model routing, prompt and agent design, and evals.
  • Required: a hands-on builder who codes and ships, not a manager who watches.
  • Preferred: Claude Code and agentic / "swarm" development workflows.
  • Preferred: healthcare, healthcare data, or RCM background.
  • Preferred: HubSpot CRM and email automation experience, plus mass-scale data ingestion and pipeline design.

Compensation

Full-time, with equity potential for the right operator and standard vesting. Compensation and location both flex with experience: fully remote, hybrid, in-office, or in-office alongside the CEO at the Growth Factory Ventures office in Rocklin, CA. Pay is DOE.

This is the seat that owns the technology of a fast-growing healthcare-data company from the ground up, with the AI, data, and automation surface to match.
