Availability is confirmed for your state after NPI verification. Some states use a flat membership form by law. Reddenda is not a law firm; IDR support is provided as your authorized representative.

What is true about the Desk

We scope it on a call, not a checkout. There is no self-serve buy button; a Desk engagement is a signed agreement, scoped with you after we confirm your state.
The Desk runs it as your authorized representative. Our team builds the evidence and drives the per-code case with your payers on your behalf, and you stay in control of every decision.
The fee follows the recovered dollars, and nothing else. The monthly membership plus a share of what we win back, where the law allows. Never patients, never tests, never referrals, never volume. Never a cut of your regular collections.
Three states use the flat membership form (New York, Illinois, North Carolina), and in many others the law is unsettled enough that we simply run on the membership alone.
Recovered amounts are a documented reimbursement opportunity, modeled until collected. The payer still has to say yes.
