Renewal season · the dates payers publish
Your rates reset on a date.Own the date.
Payers reset rates on file dates they publish. We read all 51 states' notice law in the statutes themselves: 28 owe you warning first. In the other 23 we found no rule you can lean on.

Live wave data · reindexing
The tracked waves publish live at /api/public/stats. They are not available right now, so we show nothing rather than a remembered number.
Payer file dates, not your contract date. Confirm yours.
iWhere these dates come from.
Each wave is a payer fee-schedule version boundary read from the payers' own published federal rate files, not a confirmed individual contract anniversary. Shares are the portion of dated NPIs in our tracked index; counts republish live at /api/public/stats.
Contract negotiation is not a season.
Your window is your own. Contracts auto-renew on their anniversary, and the negotiation window is the notice period before it: 20 business days to 90 days depending on state and contract. Anniversaries land in every month of the year.
File dates are the payer's clock, not yours. The waves above are when payers refile their public schedules. Use them as timing leverage, not as permission to wait.
Mid-cycle counts. A documented underpayment or a parity gap opens the conversation in any month. You do not wait for a wave to ask.
The room to renegotiate opens before the date, not after it.
