Why it exists

No way to rank a whole book of contracts.

Billing companies and MSOs carry dozens of NPIs, each with its own payers and its own underpaid codes, but no single view that ranks them. So the biggest documented opportunity hides behind the account that shouts loudest, and the one payer underpaying across half your book never gets renegotiated.
